John Matecsa, Co-Founder, President and Technical Director of PDA Consults

I am Co-Founder, President and Technical Director of PDA Consults. I graduated from McMaster University with an Honors B.Sc in Computer Science and then spent 20 years working on a wide variety of software development, information technology and technical leadership projects. When not playing with computers I enjoy time with family and friends, reading, Geocaching and sailboat racing.

Steven Thomson, Sales Director of PDA Consults

I graduated from the 3 year marketing program at Sheridan College in Oakville in 1994.  In 2001, I earned a Network Administration Certification through Mount Royal College in Calgary.  I am currently completing Batchelor of Administration degree with Athabasca University by distance education. 

I have been selling to technical markets for over 10 years throughout Canada and the US.  My depth of experience spans across technical control rooms environments to custom IT security software solutions.  In every case, a high level of consultation and strong understanding of client requirements allowed me to provide the right solution to answer client challenges. 

I was born and raised in Southwestern Ontario and moved to Calgary, Alberta in 1995 with my wife Lisa. After spending 10 years living in Calgary, I moved to the waters of Lake Erie in Port Dover. My hobbies include sailing, hiking, and travel, mountain biking and playing with my kids.  I also sit on the Board of Directors for the Haldimand-Norfolk Literacy Council.  I am a self proclaimed technophile so working with PDA Consults lets me share my passion for technology with others.
